We were married last week-end (4/17/21) and were lucky enough to have Chef Marshall of Coastal Catering cater our lunch wedding reception. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our wedding was delayed 2 hours and ran into the reception time. I w as terrified I would get to the reception and be greeted by chaos. Instead, Chef had everything under control and was waiting with a smile. He made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy his DELICIOUS FOOD, while still accommodating our guests. After all was done, my guests RAVED about the food. I will be sure and use Coastal Catering for all occasions in the future!!

Coastal Catering was the easiest and best decision we made for our wedding. The food and service were fantastic? They worked with us and our modest budget and I honestly can't believe how wonderful everything was. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Galveston area. Thank you Chef Marshall!!!

Marshell and his wife are the best ever! They catered my daughters wedding this weekend for around 90 people. It was a Halloween Motif event we had the Margarita grilled chicken, green beans , confetti rice with Nacho bar set up as well! All of our g uest were so impressed with the food and could not stop raving over how well it was set up and served. Many guest were approaching them requesting recipes and the were happy to take the time to chat with them about how it all gets done. Not only is the food and set up amazing their personalities can fit into any crowd. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 star rating . They are the complete package when you want stress free catering with amazing good. Can say thank you enough to them for all they did to pitch in and make our day the best !!!! Chef Marshall and his crew provided an amazing meal for my client. After meeting the client and providing a tasting to get the perfect menu, Chef executed a delightful meal, including appetizers for an outdoor tented event. Everyone agrees, you can' t beat Coastal Catering's prime rib!! Thanks again for a wonderful job!

Chef Marshall was absolutely amazing! January 2018, we had my daughters destination wedding in Galveston. I tried to email Chef Marshall, and also call, but his server was down. He then contacted me personally, and also an additional 3 times to talk about the meal and what services we needed. I also visited with his wife and she was very helpful in answering any other questions i had. I would HIGHLY recommend him for catering. He sent me a contract with the amounts and there was no hidden surprises or costs. Everyone commented on how fabulous and delicious the food was. Thank you so very much Chef Marshall! Coastal Catering helped to make our outdoor wedding extra special. The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding! We highly recommend the shrimp shots and the Monte Cristo, not to mention the signature Texas kisses.Chef Marshall provided chi cken fajitas, beans and rice for my daughter's prom party. DELICIOUS! Chef Marshall catered my parent's 50th anniversary party in Galveston. The food was delicious and the presentation was fantastic! Both Stacey and Chef Marshall went above and beyond to make the event run smoothly. I was able to just relax and enjoy the party!

Their food is delicious! I just attended an event where they catered and I haven't stopped thinking about the food since. They served three meat red beans and rice, spicy shrimp creole and bread pudding. I highly recommend all three!

Chef Marshall and Coastal Catering are amazing! They worked with my budget for my companies ribbon cutting ceremony and delivered above and beyond expected.
