HI ! I’ve hired Chef Marshall at least a dozen times for events ranging from family reunions to parties for 600. If you’re looking for the tastiest food in town along with stunning presentation, then you have found your caterer. The on-site Shrimp Boils have always been a favorite of mine, mostly because it’s the best I’ve ever tasted and it gets lots of oohs and aaaahs when folks walk into the room. The Mexican Fiesta is perfection. The presentation of the Fruit, Veggie and Cheese Cascades are pretty much a work of art. I always take a pictures to keep as memories of the wonderful evenings they provide. Chef Marshall and his team are always front and center to make sure that every detail is exactly as requested and that every guest is smiling. With Chef Marshall, you won’t have a worry in the world about anything but enjoying your guests.

Time to sing the praises of the caterer for our daughter's wedding! Most wedding food is NOT memorable. We now have the exception! Our wedding guests raved about the Mediterranean Tapas appetizers , followed by Wild Caught Pacific Salmon, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Citrus Vegetable Medley and Spinach Salad! Grand Opening
My oh my are we thankful and happy with our (last minute) decision to hire Coastal Catering. We had a situation that resulted in needing a caterer, they were booked tight but were able to make it work and that is when I knew I had made the right choice. The price per plate couldn't have been better. The food we chose was absolutely amazing and delicious. Everyone loved it (kids and people with allergies were accommodated as well) and was amazed at the portion size. Stacey, you are an angel. Coming through with some dessert plates she had on hand, THANK YOU!!
